I dont know how my lungs will be. Could I say im just getting a cold, or would they know? Cuz, my mom... she doesn't know, and I want to keep it that way.

The doctor will ask you & you need to be truthful. Your records are confidential. I can always tell a smoker because the odor stays in your hair, clothes & breath. Always wondered why a smoker spends so much on products to make the hair look & feel & smell good & all you can smell is smoke!

A non-smoker can smell a smoker at twenty paces! Seriously, a doctor can tell usually by the way your lungs sound if you are a smoker. So can a nurse!
