NO! It's Federal Law. No excuses, you drink with a parent, you both get in trouble. You for drinking and your parent letting you drink.

actually, it doesn't matter how old you are as long as you are with your parent and they are buying. i was raised in the bars here in sd. due to my father's employment while i was growing up. the thing is, the bar workers can override that law and refuse to serve you. so the chances of actually getting served are slim to none.

I have heard that you can drink as long as you are with your parents...
no matter what state it is.
That does not mean you and friends, only you as long as your parents are with you...
