ok just calm down and be yourself...If you are yourself, then you will do fine, but if you think about every little thing that can mess you up, then you will mess up, but if you think positive and be yourself, then you will do great!!! Do what you know then your fine....

Tips:
*Encourage other girls on the team
*Encourage everyone when you guys are playing a game
*Do NOT ask the coach constantly about other peoples scores, or your score, wait for the results

Never go into a try-out, practice, warm-up, game, championship or anything thinking you have something to prove. It will only get in your head and you start thinking about the outcome of the game more then the next play. And don't worry about trying to impress the coaches. Most coaches don't base their team picks on raw skill. If you have it then that's a bonus but they also look to see if you could potentially be molded into something they could use.

remember it is just a game you will do great if you simply have fun. Which will impress the coach because you won't go to training and the games as a chore but because you love the sport.

It has always worked for me in cricket and football
