Yes, it means she's not ready to go there yet. Just be cool about it, hold her hand and be sweet to her. When the time is right, get close, let her know it's coming. If she acts like she's open to it, do it, slow, gentle, and softly. If she isn't into it, keep waiting.
Of course, if she acts like she's into it, then turns away and laughs at you, she's playing games. Might be time to tell her you don't like that, or find another girl to kiss.

maybe she didnt have lip gloss on and wnated you to kiss her on the cheek but then one day after you got together slow down you have a whole life in front of you!

ummmmmmmmm well............. ya she isnt ready. srry wait a bit but if you cant maybe u rnt right 4 her. and if u really like her than try to make the scene as romantic as possible. cause am i right grls, you all fantasize about our first kiss, our date is by our side and you start talking then he leans in slowly and kisses you (EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK) and when you do kiss her DO IT GENTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if you do it gently than she will want to do it more often. :)
