I honestly don't know, but it doesn't make sense to me.
I like my grill cheese sandwich plain old bread and cheese..

your loved ones eats the healthiest grilled cheese sandwiches, with those vegetables in them. Congratulations! i like the flavor and texture of those purple meats too, yet they optimistic ain't healthy.

b/c it tastes good. Tips: dont use overipe tomato, cut it thick, salt it and add it after so its cold. da best!!
