my male cousin of 21 has a low-pitch voice everytime he presents a class reporting and which made him feel embarassed in front of his classmates.

1. how can he develop a high-pitch voice for his future class reporting?

2. Also how can he overcome his being very self-conscious in front of his classmates during class reporting?

Low pitch or low volume?
I would think a deep voice would be a good thing.
Perhaps he needs to project his voice more.
Or try talking in a falsetto.

Being nervous is a common thing for speakers. I would try and be as familiar with the subject as possible, so that you aren't tied to your notes the whole time. Remember to breathe deeply, take pauses, and make eye contact throughout the room. The more you speak the easier it becomes.

Sounds like a case of lack of confidence. It doesn't sound like there is a problem with speaking with people that he knows. I also used to have the same issue and just learned to slow down and speak a little louder. I now talk like I am speaking to the person in the back of the room...not the front. Also the best way to overcome nerves is to say "I don't care...I'm gonna say it" Imagining everyone naked etc. is just stupid. Also practice in front of friends and family is important as well (get some feedback)
