Either he's depressed about something in which you should probably ask him what's wrong. Or most likely he's no longer interested in you and wants to move on. It happened to me too, my g/f did the same thing. It's sad when a relationship ends but my advise is, Your only young for a while and you should go and have some fun before you settle for just one guy. There is lots more and better fish in the sea.

Talk to him, ask him if he's happy with the relationship or he would like to break up. Tell him that you would give him some space and stay with him if he still wants to date you, but ask him to be honest to you and tell you the truth. Even if you like him a lot, why would you continue dating him if he's not happy?

do what you think is the best, right and good for yourself. there's nothing wrong to be in need of space even a marriage needs that goes the same for relationship as well. take this opportunity to discover more and think over about things and it's never wasted. if this relationship is not a right one at least it's not too late to discover.

Simple enough. Give him space. Perhaps there is an ordeal or life changing event going on with him.

If you are close, then he'll let you in. But do not crowd him b/c you are not his spouse or life partner. You are someone he is dating.

Best of luck.

Don't fight it - give him space. Totally leave him alone. If he wants to resume the relationship, he will call you. Don't humiliate yourself by hanging on. You'll be fine.

Give him the space he wants. He may find he doesn't really want it after all and may want you back.
