Ask if you may pay by money order in whatever currency they require...US$, Euro, £sterling, or whatever they want. Then go to a Bank and buy it. You will have to wait 'till they get your money order before they send the goods to you.
If you go to www.XE.com you will get an idea of what you will have to pay.

The first step is that little box near the top that says "Search for questions", that way you can find out what people have been told the last 75 times the same exact question was asked.

See if they accept paypal. That involves putting money into an account that you can permit external withdrawals from.
You could also query them whether they will take a check but don't expect to see anything coming to you until your check clears.

you may find a site or 2 that will accept a check but they are hard to find. without a cc you are mostly out of luck
