Do your gums bleed generally or just in the area that you have toothache? If the tooth is tender to tap then you probably 90% chance have a abscess. If you have a hole in the tooth then you may have an abscess, both of which you will need antibiotics, your GP could give them to you, however this is just a temp me sure and you will need to see a dentist. If you have generalised gum bleeding then you will have the beginnings of gum disease, flossing and warm salt water will help.

Nothing, other than what the dentist gives you, will numb you up enough for you to pull your own tooth. Maybe you can find a dentist who will let you pay in installments.

Go to the county hospital emergancy room and get it pulled. Do Not pull it yourself. It could be infected or abcessed and you will have big problems. Get some ambesol max strength and put it on the gums and on the tooth. If you don't go to the hospital then go to a dental school.

pls do not try it at home. u will get an infection which can get into ur blood which can kill u. so if u have medical insurance go see a doc to get meds. or just go to dentist it only cost like 60 - 100 dollars to remove a teeth that is not imbedded in the gums.

There is a safe way and a very unsafe method to reduce pain in the "gum" area.As to removing one's own tooth-- highly inadviseable in most if not all circumstances because your specific general health issues if in fact you have any could cost you more than just money. It could cost you your life.

numbing the gum will not solve the problem. Nothing will numb it on your own. You must see a dentist
