Hi not too sure if you're keen on this but you can actually do jogging on the spot while watching t.v. fitness is all about discipline & willingness to make a change... about not eating much then you have no 'proper' waste output. Take more water & fiber. i think you need to get rid of 'constipation' first (I've this problem too!) This can really hinder your ability to shed weights.

its not healthy to try and loose weight by eating nothing or very little.
Infact it may make you gain more weight. when you dont eat you body panics and stores fat like crazy because it thinks its starving.
try a low carb diet.
cutting out most breads and sugars.
eating alot of veggies, cheese, eggs and meat.
but make sure you take a vitamin supplement.
Also try eating less more often.
Eat small meals 4 or 5 times a day.
That tricks your body into thinking you have eaten alot when you really have not.

From the things u said.. there shldn't be a problem tho.
Some people are just born to be .. u know.. a little more.. "meat" . .
For me... no matter how much i eat.. i still stay the same...

drink alot of water it helps by making you poop and when you poop the food comes out and doesnt get stored as fat. i lose inches when i drink water but dont drink water after 7pm or it will make you go pee in the night.
