I am attractive, funny, smart, and ... I am a teacher who does okay. But I have always been real picky with girls. Even when a girl who I had a crush on for years started taking interest I found something wrong. I wanna find someone but will always find a flaw that turns me off. Now that I am 31 the field has narrowed ALOT. Any suggestions.

Well you could analyze yourself. Not everything a person does it exactly quote "a flaw" unquote.
Being picky isn't a bad thing,being neurotic is. Yeah everyone has certain criteria,but when your personal vendetta comes in the way of personal relationship with people,you'll end up alone.
How about you befriend people of different backgrounds,teaches you tolerance.

you have got to stop searching for flaws.... just search to for the high lights..... there wont be a person that you will like EVERYTHING anout... the trick in relationships is to discover each other, find the good thing and the bad aspect of the person, and learn how to live with the bad aspects..... depends what they are of course, but it's little things that you could get used to or the person is willing to chnage you should just accept.... you are getting old due for a family... act fast.... think of what's the most important things you are looking for ina woman, and the bad things you definatly don't want in a woman and think of the things that you don't like but will be able to live with.... cuz other wise you will be lonely and single for very long time.......so better think fast

you are being way too picky, and you are missing out on alot of very good women, and every time you so this that field does get more and more narrow, then you will be a 62year old man and very much alone

everyone has got expectations and one that doesn't have will posses unfortunate life and it's never wrong with having expectations. however, although having expectations in life we will also need to learn to count the blessings in life. no one are flawless in life cause there's no perfect human and even though you might think you have found one later then your partner will also think likewise for you cause her expectations could be higher than yours and it will never work a relationship up. so relax and find peace with yourself. if you can have weakness in life so can others. we learn through them to make our life better and perhaps with them together. don't need to stress and tense yourself so much. we live in realistic and wisdom.
