ITS Manny pacquaio also known as the " MEXICAN KILLERS...from gabriel mira, lucero, larios, etc. and the likes of MARCO ANTONIO BARRERA, JUAN MANUEL MARQUEZ and ERIK MORALES...has the fastest hand jab today in boxing, great footwork and extreme stamina can reach up to 15 rounds if there any....and has the power to knockout MORALES...ALTHOUGH MORALES IS BETTER LOOKING than manny pacquiao the lastest endorser of NIKE BRAND and now multi-millionaire and near to billionaire status....PACMAN THE BEST FIGHTER IN THE WORLD!!!!

Technically, Morales is the better boxer. Pacquiao is the better puncher. It is very different.
As for the better fighter....

In my opinion, Manny is not a better boxer than Eric, In their first fight when Eric actually BOXED instead of getting into a all guts out war with Manny as in their second fight. When Eric BOXED and moved Manny backwards, Manny was lost because he can not fight going backwards, he has also had a hard time with a fighter that moves and shoots angles. Manny likes to fight fighters that stand directly in front of him and exchange bombs.
Juan Manuel Marquez out boxed Manny, he made the mistake of trading with Manny, but after going down three times in the very first round he knew he had to make adjustments and outbox Manny and back Manny up, which he did effectively enough to get a DRAW despite being knocked down 3 times in the first round (10/7 round for Manny) You never hear Manny or his camp screaming for a rematch with Marquez, only the fighters he has beaten before like Morales and Barrera.
Eric's first fight with Manny, he fought the right fight and kept Manny at the end of his punches and caught the often off balanced Pacquiao with counter punches. when Manny throws his powerful left hand he always brings his rear leg with him leaving himself squared up and Eric made him pay for it.
In their second fight it was not only Manny beating up on Eric, it was Erics body beating up on it's self from cutting almost 40 pounds in two months and a battle with the scale for the past six years.
