How many teeth should my 3 year old have?

He has 20, ten on top and ten on bottom, is this normal? He's been crying at night, and I think it might be new molars comming in.

He got all his baby teeth early by 7 months he even had his first molars.

my son just turned 4 and he has 20 teeth. I know that this is normal for his age. Your son may just be ahead of kids his age.

He's right on track.. 3yr molars are his next set.. and they are painful!

Start freezing washcloths for him to bite on!

No, he should have ALL of his BABY TEETH
