2006 nissan xterra keyless entry - horn blow when lock not working?

Question

for some reason the lock sound "the horn" sound is not working with my keyless entry to my 06 xterra.

any ideas. since it was purchased not even 1 month ago would this be covered by warranty?

press unlock and lock at the sametime for 5 seconds its a standard thing on nissan

AS nissan technician that question means that you have not read the little paper back book in the zipper bag in the glovebox or glove boxes you have. Please take 45 minutes out of your busy life to learn how to use your second biggest purchase. By pressing lock and unlock at the same time you can set the horn or no horn feature. But did you know there are over 60 owner customizable features you can also change or did you know if you hold unlock on the remote the front windows will go down to air out the car in a hot day?
