not working? when switched on it comes up please switch on and off again which i have tried loads of times any idea whats wrong with it? thanks

Im not sure what the problem could be click this link and you might find the answer http://www.learningcenter.sony.us i have a sony cybershot and touch wood havent had any problems with it.good luck i hope this solves your problem

I believe Sonys number is 1-800-222-7669. Why fool around, ask the source.
