Hey i'm a rugby player trying to get ready for my spring season but something serious is in my way.when i run jog my ankles hurt really bad both of them would this my sign of weak ankles or even spurs i asked my coach he told i need to buy cross trainers i went out bought crosstrainers and i tryed running today they were fine but after 5 minutes of running they started hurting again. im sorta upset about this i don't know what to do is this serious would seeing my school trainer help? i really dont want this to end up me not being able to play in february. thanks and hopefully u can help

I don't think it will hurt anyway. Also, talk with a doctor who knows sports-related injuries and see if you can get suggestions there.

mortin takes the swelling away and you should start walking first to get you ankles used to being on your feet then run here and there until its time to rock in February
