needing to find requirements for using a dog for pain therapy--and paperwork needed?

need this info for taking assist dog to hotels and campsites where other assist dogs are allowed

Search the web for the rules and regs. for service dogs in your state, here in Tn there are no papers required but they suggest the dog have a "good citizenship" certificate, and you will be liable for any damages your dog causes, the dog must have a vest with service dog patches on it, again this is in TN. I'm not sure about other states.
