I really think you need to go to the doctor. It's probably nothing serious but it's best to get it checked out. I really hope you feel better soon.

It's possible that even though you're sleeping for a full 8 hours, it's not a restfull sleep. I was having the same problem and my chiropractor suggested investing in a better mattress. I realized after I purchased a new mattress that I was tossing and turning all night and not getting a recouperative sleep. Good Luck!

I would advise you to see your family care physician first. He or she may have a simple answer for you, or they may schedule you with a specialist in sleep disorders.

I wish you the best, as I used to suffer from lack of sleep and exhaustion all of the time.

I feel the same way! See an eye doctor for the redness, but try a multivitamin and reconsider your diet.

There is some stress in your life try to get rid of it and maybe take some yoga classes. Drink a lot of water. If you eyes continue to be red please go see an eye doctor (ophthalmologist)

Sounds like it could be sleep apnea.Do you snore? That's a typical warning sign and it can be very dangerous.Go to your Dr.'s and explain your symptoms. They can send you for a sleep study to determine this or not.
