there is this girl i like and am getting to know... but i don't know what to ask her to get beyond the superficial stuff or i get nervous that i am being nosy. she does open up somewhat about her life but i'm too scared to ask other questions then. so girls, what kind of questions would get u to open up more?

You need to ask an open ended question and then gently guide the conversation to flesh it out. Be sure to pepper in comments from your own life.
Example:
Really? What was it like going to Michigan State University?
blah, blah, blah, blah.....and that's why I chose to major in business administration.
Wow. I took a number of courses in business administration and thought about getting my MBA. What was it that attracted you to business administration?
blah, blah, blah, got my first job as a clerk for Aon corp in chicago.
Cool. I've never been to chicago. What was it like?
