Replacing a lost license varies by state but any place that sells licenses should be able to help you. Many Wal-marts here sell them and are open 24/7 so you might want to try there. Good luck to your dad.

You did no longer say what state you we looking in so the question won't be able to be responded thoroughly precise. All states require you to have a looking license, yet no longer all states require a firearms enable. i might say in case you reside in between the states that are run by liberal gun administration bigots you will might desire to have a firearms enable, the states that are loose states might basically require a looking license. Sorry i could no longer answer your question precisely with the data you gave.

I am not an American, however here I would check with RCMP office and they, maybe put me unto a Warden who may help.Where you live check with your State Police ,I would think they would jump at a chance to help you connect somehow.Dont believe in luck but wish you well.

In michigan you have to buy another, I have lost mine a few times. You have to buy the same " plan" combo, or regular you did the first time
