Probably prophecy (preaching), or do you mean love?

Prominent like most people did it? The Bible isnt specific but the most important is love. And he would rather people prophecy than speak in tongues.

You didn't list the gifts but if you have prophecy and not love then what sense is there in that. Love is the greatest of gifts for it emcompasses all things, and it is Jesus that taught us that love is the fulfillment of all of God's commandments. So it is the greatest gift to have love in your heart for then you will do no harm.
