Maybe becasue you were over weight before and lost weight so quickly that your skin wasn't able to adjust at the same rate. Or maybe you need to work out to tone that part of your body. Or maybe you have bad genes and your skin is very stretchy (for lack of a better word). Or, if you had a baby, your skin almost never goes back to the way if was before, even if you loose all the weight. There's alot of reasons. I would work out witha trainer, or at least get some initial guidance from one. And if that is still not enough and you aren't happy... consider plastic surgery... I'm sure not everyone willagree with me, or they'll say 'you should be happ with your body as it is'... but I tottaly understand.

You didn't mention whether or not you had children. If that's the case there's nothing you can do. If you have excess skin & stretched muscles the only option is a tummy tuck or mini tummy tuck. I just recently had one, I have no regrets. It cost me nearly four thousand dollars. Well worth every penny b/c no matter how much weight I lost or sit-ups I would never get rid of what I called my kangaroo's pouch.Now I have nothing hanging over my jeans.

Are you stressed at all? Stress can make the stomach bloated. Pick up a copy of Oxygen magazine. It is like the bible of fitness. In it you will find lots of exercises for you abs. Commit yourself to working out and the stomach will soon be tight and rockin'. Does not happen overnight so be patient.

depends the type of pants u wear.. sometimes girls are more beatiful with pants that are good size rather than too small...

u just need a little toning cause ur skin is so loose u need to eat a little more ... being underweight is not that pretty

you need to build muscles in your stomache by excerceing because its not fit... try doing sit ups

CARDIO!!!! cardio will help you look thinner. it helps to get rid of any flabby parts and also helps you look more defined, muscle-wise.
