My sister is 20 years old and we I am 23 we look alike very much. She wants to go to the casino and party with my I.D I told her I would not let her borrow my I.D because she can get me in some trouble if she acts up. She went all psycho yelling that I was so unfair.

Am I wrong for not letting her borrow my drivers license / state ID

No you are doing the right thing! It is illegal for someone else to use your id. If she gets caught she could get into trouble, and if she rats on you that you gave the id to her, you'll get into trouble too.
Not to mention that your sister should not be partying at casinos yet. She has one year left untill she can, so she just needs to be mature and wait it out.
Be assured that you are right, she is wrong, and you have nothing to feel bad about.

You did the right thing...you could have both ended up in trouble. Good job being a big sister.

Never ever let anyone have access to your ID. If your sister needs an ID, let her use her own. If she doesn't have one, she needs to figure out a way to get her own. She has alot to learn about unfairness.

No. you are right. If she gets into trouble it will go on your record. Not only that, but you can get into trouble with the law for letting her use it.

You're absolutely right. You're doing her a favor by setting an example of responsibility. WTG.

you are not wrong. if you can't protect yourself and personal who can? it's your right to do so and let her be the way she wants, nothing can be done cause if a mature, wise, sensible person will not do things like your sister.

you did the right thing, you could get in some major trouble with the courts that you probably don't want if you give it to her.
