they can be from movies, video games.... wherever!!!! i'm looking for ones that many people would recognize and i can find online

Love You long term has some cool techno/pop songs that make you prefer to bounce, so i might advise them. =P Their songs are form of stupid yet they're great catchy and exciting to take heed to.

you can do a look up of techo on itunes too many to choose from
the matrix soundtrack has some good techo music and paul okenfield is real good

this may not help, but one of my favorite bands is Peachcake. and their greatest song is "are we accidently at a party?" i don't know if they're american or not. and definitely not well-known, but sure to please any true techno lover.
