i will attend to a beach party and i want to trim down my tummy for some inches. i don't have a big stomach nor i want a 6 pack abs. i just want to have a flat, toned tummy. i don't have time doing situps and crunches. have any tips?

I work in a fitness center and the real trick is all CARDIO. If you get on the Treadmill for 30 minutes then you do some basic workout things like free weights and such but then you end your workout with another 30 minutes of cardio that should help some, but it takes more then just one week. Also, your diet and drinking lots of water will help. Good Luck!!!

based on my experiences... 1 week is enough to trim your stomach enough, but it'll be pretty hard

5-6 miles of jogging @ 5mph
keep active during the day

stick to a 1200-1300 calorie diet for each day.

I jog and just from the jogging motion my stomach is nice and flat. Try jogging 5 to 6 miles a day.

wear a corset. But backward situps (though they hurt like crazy) are excellent for trimming the waist.

even if you did make the time to do some exercise, one week would not make a lot of difference. if you want something, you have to be prepared to work at and make an effort to get it. do you really think you can get something for nothing?

do not eat after 6 p.m. Make sure that you do have a big breakfast.
A one day fruit and water only fast.
