Good local anaesthetic but recreational use can get people and countries into trouble. More curse than blessing.

It's not that easy to answer as the validity, or lack there of, of a substance solely rests upon each individuals shoulders. For example, in some Muslim countries like Saudi Arabia, you are not allowed to drink alcohol, but conversly, are allowed to use another mind altering substance: tobbacco (nicotine). Societal regulations on such substances are the real curse. What you put in your body is your business and no one elses!!!

It can never ever be a blessing, it ruins peoples lives and the lives of their families. I am not totally opposed to all forms of drugs, but cocaine is the devil incarnate.

its is a blessing if you have a tooth ache .

otherwise it is a bad drug and a curse very addictive
