ok this guy hangs aroung girls A LOT. I like him one of my friends said dat he asked about me but she doesnt remember wut he asked. I told a friend dat I like him and that he might like me and she said let him ask me out. And I dont get it!!! Why cant girls ask guys out? somone tell me wut I should do!!!! IM DESPERATE!!!!!!!!!!!!

my suggestion is tohang out with him alot---1 on 1--- that's the best way to tell if he likes you , you want to develop a friendship b4 doing the whole dating thing, m'k? and if he doesn't want to hang out with you (1 on 1)either ask a couple close friends to some w/ or he's not into you but i bid you good riddance

Well if I was in your place, first of all, I wouldn't even have the courage to say a simple "hi", and you're talking about asking him out. Anyways, I have kind of the same problem. You don't have to ask him directly. I mean you don't have to say, do you want to go out on a date with me?". You can say it around the bush:)

YEAH!!!! I LOVE IT when a girl asks me out!!
But whoever asks is the one who pays. It's YOUR date. You pay for it.
Guys don't ask girls out anymore because guys aren't brave men anymore. We rely on girls to take up the slack. That's why men are less ambitious than they used to be and it's why families need two incomes to survive these days. So point is, guys don't know what it means to be a man anymore.

totally you should ask him out if you are interested. i really like when it happens to me. show's me a girl is independant and knows what she wants and not afraid to get it.
