becuz of that i cant download like anything from microsoft

Its Windows Genuine Advantage and it is a piece of crap. A trojan horse MS sent you when you downloaded some updates. It is wrong nearly 20% of the time....1 in 5 systems it flags is really genuine. Do an internet search for "removing WGA" and follow the instructions. As a last resort re-install the OS and diable auotomatic updates. Do them manually and read what they are before you install. NEVER INSTALL ANY WINDOWS VALIDATION CHECK

Genuine Windows XP is what that is referring to
if you cannot download anything from Microsoft's website that mean that you copy of Windows Xp might not be Genuine so Microsoft wont allow you to download any of there software for windows xp
If you do have a genuine copy of XP then do the test, that tells if it is Genuine on Microsoft.com

And if you are in a non-English speaking country like China, then don't expect any help from Microsoft in that country, they only deal in the official language of that country. You will have to contact Microsoft in an English speaking country to get some help.

a genuine microsoft operating system software are those available at authorized microsoft resellers. You evidently installed a pirated copy of your operating system that is why you can't download any upgrade from microsoft
