It would be helpful if you gave more information about where you live...a state would be great, but a city would be better.
You can always try www.weddingchannel.com or www.theknot.com and look under there rental sections of vendors.

My fiance and I arso also planning a wedding in April. It won't be outdoors. Congratulations! Go to a party rental store that is close to you, I might have to rent a portable dance floor for my wedding, and I know they had tents.
I would definitely do what the other guy told you too and use a search engine, and type in wedding tents and then your city and see what you come up with.
Once again congratulations!

You are best doing it the old fashion way. Check your yellow pages on line or in phone book. You can talk to them & get
reccomendations on sizes that you need for the number of guests. You can usually go & look at tents - websites show the best pictures of tents not always a true picture of their tent.
Your table, tableclothes & etc. company can recommend a tent supplier.

For the big stuffs, better choose your local rental store. yellow pages try to find party supplies. As the heavy stuffs the shipping cost is an issue. If for wedding favors those light items, we just got some favor bags from a site , idearibbon.com . They have some good favor bags , favor box for wedding , cool and nice people to deal with.
