YEs, but it is a very mild one and doesn't fall in the same category as synthetic chemical dissociative hallucinogens such as LSD.
it is classified as a stimulant though.

no, not really but it can be a mild hallucinogen. got to www.youtube.com and type in medical marijuana and then there will be an audio from a doctor talking about marijuana

It depends on the level of potency. Some marijuana species do not cause any at all. Other species have visual and auditory hallucination effects.

No, it's a narcotic because it usually tends to relax the user and make them want to sleep, eat, and watch TV ... not always in that order, of course.
