All of the B vitamins, look for a mega-b complex vitamin. Publix grocery has one called B-150. I had to have re-constructive facial surgery and my plastic surgeon suggested I take these to speed the healing process. I noticed they made my hair grow twice as quick as normal. If you look at so called "hair vitamins", they are a combination of all the b vitamins.
And don't waste your money on prenatal vitamins, they are usually the same as an all purpose multi vitamin, minus a few nutrients that are not good to take while pregnant, and way more expensive! (I know a lot of women swear by them, but if you compare the ingredients with a regular multi vitamin, you will see.)

vitamin E. don't take it for a long period of time though... you will start to bruise easily....because it somewhat acts like a blood thinner. Prenatal vitamins are also good to take, even if you're not pregnant.
