legally? there's no real rule, just something called the age of concent, and if people who are on opposite sides of that line have sex, it's legally clasified as rape, I've got no idea why.
and yes, thinking about sex is normal, in middleschool, somewhat in highschool, most definately.

in most states, 16. legally anyways.
starting around puberty.
middle school? yes. thats all basically anyone talks about.
like 47% of high schoolers loose their virginty in high school, which is normal, and a lot of people marry their high school sweethearts anyway.
