ok there is this guy in my p.e class and i have been doin everything i can to get his attention but i just cant! i tried putting make up on, putting jewelry ...NOTHING..what can i do?

Have you tried talking to him? Believe or not, some guys need for you to make the initial contact. Sometimes just saying Hi each day gives you a lead in. What do you know about him, what does he talk to his friends about? Conversation never hurt!!
By putting on make-up, jewelry, you're dressing up the outside, but not showing him who you REALLY are!!!!
Think about it!

Be yourself and if he doesnt like that, then I would say let him go... You certainly cant change your whole persona for someone and besides why would you want to?

he should like you for who you are not because of jewlery makeup or how your hair is. so just try being yourself
