I am 22 years old female that lives in Maryland and I seem to not find a decent man for me. They all turn into jerks or cheaters. What is some ways to find a decent guy? I hate playing games and I don't want to pick up a guy at a bar either. I want a guy that respects me, loves me for me, cares for me and someone who can make me smile. Is that hard to ask for? I would do the same for the guy I would date. Honest answers please.

Be patient and selective, try meeting guys in places like church instead of bars. It was my past experience that it will find you given enough time.

You can look on line. Use a good dating service like E Harmony. Yahoo has one but it seems to be the same profiles. Stop being attracted to loosers. Many men are nice decent guys but women seem to be attracted to the bad boys. That is why they end up in relationships where they are being used. You have to change your mind set. You have to be the one who he is chasing. You need to be the smart as*s. You need to take charge. But as long as you go around looking for the guy who you think you can change into a nice guy you will meet bad guys. If you do change him and you won't he will become a wimp. Then you won't like him.
