Depends on what province you live in. Here in Nova Scotia its 19 but in a couple of provinces its only 18. The website has it listed by province.

kimndevin is right. The age of majority is different depending on which province you are in. It is 19 in British Columbia, for example and 18 in Alberta.

Nope "regardless of your nationality" it is 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec and 19 in British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut.Make sure you have a photo ID "driver's license" with you :) justice for all "remember that" :p

It depends on the province. Ontario and most provinces 19.
18 in Alberta, Manitoba, Quebec.
And you better have photo ID. Don't drink and drive.
