In the context that you state, I agree with you. But I don't think that's what He meant.
Past, present, and future refers to people, no events. And you have to mean it, just just say it. I know it can be difficult to make the distinction, but there is one. And since God can see into your soul, then he has a pretty good idea when you're bluffing or not.

Jesus died to atone all sins that is true but you must accept his salvation by believing in him, confessing him and following him. Those who were involved with the Nazis, the Nanking Massacre, The Vlad Tsepech impalement's, the Spanish Inquisition, extended slavery, Turkish massacres of the Kurds in 1905, the chemical exterminations by Saddam Hussein and any number of other people who are cold blooded killers only receive the atonement for their sins if they confess Jesus as Lord before they died.

The atonement was "for those who would believe". Biblical believing is not just mental assent.
But yes, all those sins can be forgiven if there is repentance and faith.
I bet you and I could be seen just as bad as some of those people you mention. A lot of the starvation in the world is caused by the selfishness of the developed nations, and the selfishness of their people.
Poor nations are paying old loans to us over and over again (by paying so much interest) - the mafia has nothing on us when it comes to usury.
We're willing to forgive those debts? after they've paid them over several times? Oh yes, but only on condition that they buy our products, so their industries that they have begun now shut down, and more children starve.

Well, every breath you take is shadowed by your sin. And, since no man is a greater sinner than the other....there is something missing in your logic. The weight of the world was a great price, but only those who are awed and thankful for it are affected by it. And what was wrong with Vled Tepes or Vlad Tepes Dracul? Just rulers who stopped the ottoman empire. Every organization is corrupt, so the examples are just past acts.

God was not swindled by Christ's death on the cross. He knew what was going to happen and allowed to to happen anyway. If you think that God was swindled then you have a problem with your heart relationship with Him. You need to read the bible before making Judgement calls like that, and you also need to talk to your pastor about what really happened at the crucifixion.

God is the fact of man's free will, but not the ACT of free will. Man has been given the choice to build gas chambers or hospitals. If God wanted people to love Him he woulds have made robots. But like you God want people to love Him because they really do, but not because they were programmed as such.
God sent His Son, the second Adam, to atone for the disobedience of our first representatives, Adam and Eve.
God not the sponser of man's evil, only for natural disasters, which, of course, was brought on by Adam's disobedience.

Past AND future??? Whoa there, Nelly...
NO WAY, Jose!
Whoever did all those dastardly deeds you mention--and a billion times more--will have to be atoned for, or be answerable, by EACH perpetrator.
No swindle happenin' there yet, bro.
Peace be with you.

All sin, past, present, and future.
That way everyone born after His atoning work on the cross has equal access to heaven by proclaiming HIS sacrifice as payment for THEIR sin(s). Jesus becomes our righteousness.
For those born prior to His death on the cross, Hebrews 11 reveals they will be judged by their faith, which will accounted to them as righteousness.
