Lance was the most tested athelete of his time and came out clean everytime.

His lactace threshold was much lower than many cyclists that he competed against but most important isn't even this.

Lance was not a dominate cyclist. His training regimine was focused around winning the Tour de France and not the other big races of the season (even skippin the Giro d'Italia for example) all in prep for the "big race." Also he was a champ as a young person winning triathalons and cycling events well before he would have been introduced to taking banned drugs. While many want to discredit him remember one thing.

Lance had cancer and lost his entire muscle mass and athleticism. From this he was able to build an amazing body suited to cycling with the help of Chris Carmichael.

I am very tired of people who are not involved in this sport making naive speculations about a great athelete who worked very hard to be the best he could be.

Finally, not only was he a great athelete, cancer survivor, marathon runner...he is an inspiration.

"people want to know what I'm on...what am I on? I'm on my bike 6 hours a day busting my ***...what are you on?"

Can an olympic athlete win 7 straight gold without showing positive? No. Lance is a once-in-a-lifetime champion who should be recognised as such. I am not a huge cycling fan but I admire Lance for dominating a competitive sport for so long. If Floyd Landis can repeat his efforts 7 times over then he can have the same respect Lance has but even if he doesn't why should his efforts be doubted. If you doubt Floyd then you doubt every athlete who makes a big play in his sport and that is very sad.

Lance has never tested positive for any banned substance in cycling and he has been tested a lot, supposedly more than any athlete. He has been accused a number of times, but has passed every test.

As for Floyd, I personally believe there are enough flaws with the results that his positive test is very questionable. And his taking testosterone at that point in time makes no sense. I am continuing to hope he will be proven innocent, and that he recovers from his hip surgery in time to compete next year.

Even with th French labs trying to screw with him, being "randomly" tested numerous times during the offseason, and giving samples after EVERY stage of ALL SEVEN Tours de France that he won that all came up clean, you still question it?

What are the odds against passing hundreds of doping tests year after year unless you're clean? Landis is proving his innocence as well, and unless the French learn how to ride they are never going to win their own race.

I think he did it honestly. After dealing with cancer and losing a testicle (I think he lost one) I don't see him risking his health by using enhancements or steroids.

People create stories because they don't like the results. Lance won many times, how is it possible? There must be something more to it, right?

He's just really good at his job.

What ever steriods that were detected in Lance were probally just residuals from his cancer treatment. they use steriods as anti nausea medicine. of course im not sure if he still had the cancer when that years tour de france took place.

Which time are you referring to, he won it seven times? He had some help, but it wasn't steroids.

I think he was honest. Some people are just jealous that he was better than they were.
