The Book of Proverbs says pride comes before desctuction and a haughty spriirt before a fall.

Well I have fallen lately and I feel very hard in a spiritual sense I can be very unforgiveing and prideful and I also know I am human.

How can I pick myself up again? How can I go forward?

Spiritually, you can not pick yourself up. There is only one who can. You have to become like a little child. When a child falls, he (she) wholds up his or her hands to the parent, with an impolring look, and what does the parent do? Pick him or her up.
So you do the same with God. Cry out to Him. Tell Him what you are experiencing (even though He knows, you need to tell Him). If, as you imply, pride was involved, confess your pride to Him, and ask HIm to help you with that.
God will never turn His back on a contrite spirit.
May the lord bless you and guide you back to full fellowship with Him. He wants it as much as, or more than, you do.

Make sure that you have a right relationship with God. Ask God's forgiveness, ask the forgiveness of the person whom you wronged. Ask God to help you throgh the power of Jesus Christ. Sin less. Listen to good sermons. Read the Bible more. Sing hymns. Have an accountability partner who is the same gender as yourself and who is oder, wiser and has walked in the path of the Lord for a long time.

Ask God for humbleness, and wisdom. Have an accountability partner, or prayer partner, someone that you can be honest with, and confess to and who in return can pray for you. Don't get so cought up in the fall that you loose touch of the Lord, seek Him, even in times that you feel farthest away from Him, which is uslaly when we DO fall because sin creates distance from the Lord. Love Him, and know that you were wrong, and allow God to change your heart to do right.

SInce you are so hard on yourself just step back and let the Lord pick you up. Understand that we all fall. EVERYONE!!!! The object is to just get up, FORGIVE yourself and move forward. The thing we need to understand is that because Christ died for us when we fall, we can go to the Lord and ask for forgiveness and then Jesus says, Father forgive them, they are one of mine. Jesus said all that the father gives to me I shall not lose. Be confident in that and in knowing that you can know that when you fall get up, ask for forgiveness and forgive yourself then move on. No one is perfect and no man can judge your heart like the Lord can.
