I love in Washington. We have Wal-mart, Fred Myer, dollar stores, Costco...any comments or suggestions? And I don't mind purchasing online.

Also try Hallmark. They are not cheap, but very nice quality.
I like to go to TJMax, Kohls, and JC Penny's those three usually have them on clearance and good sale prices.

Any craft store will have inexpensive frames...wal-mart should have some great selections also. I am a fan of the all glass or the black frames for black and white photos and silver frames for color ones.

I would try Hobby Lobby. They have a great variety of inexpensive, but QUALITY frames...but I would suggest watching out for their sale circular. Every few weeks, certain items are 1/2 off! You can't beat it. They also include a 40% off coupon.

Hope this helps!

WalMart has got some nice ones.

Also check Target, Michaels, Hobby Lobby, AC Moore, and other craft stores that do framing.

Do you have a Liquidation World store there? If so, they often carry frames.
