use a 3M rubbing compound (use a paper towel and apply and rubb until it turns blackish and with a clean towel rubb until its gone

Mothers aluminum mag polish. It has a tiny bit of grit in it and will take all the yellow on the outside off. Just rub it in real good and rub it off like waxing a car.Obviously inside the light will stay the same. You can buy new lights if it doesnt work but for 5 bucks id try it first.

Liquid Turtle Wax ..... It also does a great job on convertiable windows ( Use wet damp cloth with a little liquid turtle wax and rub gently....Wipe off when dry with a clean cotton cloth.)

Unfortunately NOT, it has faded from the sun, about $60 each, or depending on your state laws you can just add the "Shades" or "Black out lenses, they clip right on-> www.summitracing.com
