I'm afraid I don't see a question here.
"What if", and the question mark at the end aren't making this a question.
I can only imagine that what you are asking here is either;
"What does it mean to be a boy with a crush on your best friend's boyfriend?"
or
"What if the boy you have a crush on is your best friend's boyfriend?"
The second question seems more likely because I believe the name you have on here is feminine. Is that right?

is your best friend a guy or a girl.. either way off limits. but if your best friend is a girl its a pointless crush because obviously he is straight. control your hormones a bit, its not healthy to crush on people who are already taken. why not try a single guy? you would probably have more luck
