There's this boy, at the beging of the school year he used to look at me every day (in classes, hallways ,lunch , ect).
Once I found out, I looked back. After he caught me looking back, he ignored me.
So, In return, I ignored him. Now, he looks at me again.
Also, I've never met this kid.
I'm seriously confused. Why does he keep looking at me and why won't he talk to me?

I would go and talk to him but this staring-thing has been going on for a while (since September). I'm afraid the converstion would be very awkward.

It certainly sounds like he is shy.
Don't try to interpret guy's actions in terms of female style mind-games like "hard to get".
Guys don't work the way you do.

He likes you, he's just shy. Next time you see him looking at you, go up to him and talk to him. Who cares if that staring thing has been on since September or even since you were born? Just say 'hi' when you do talk to him, and ask how he's doing. Unless he's autistic, he will reply to your question; even if it's one word, he'll still reply. Then say you saw him looking at you. If you like him, say so. The conversation won't be awkward. Go into some small talk, ask him anything and SMILE. If you still like him by the end of the conversation, ask him out. It doesn't matter about the custom of guys asking girls out all the time. Because he is shy, he probably will never ask you out unless you know him really well already and him, you. (AGAIN --> SMILE!!! LOOK INTO HIS EYES)

I believe that he is just trying to play hard to get, but there is no since for you not to talk to him just because he want tralk to you. Go up to him and just ask him why does he keep looking at youand then start from there, if he says that he doesn't stare at him, be like yes you do! And then after all of that say, well I don' tthink that you know this, but Ireally like you alot, and I was wondering that maybe one day if it was alright with you, could I call you or you call me. And then you could start from there, but if he replies by saying no or that he is already in a relationship, ask him if the two of you could just be close friends, but still tallk on the phone a couple of days!

If you're in highschool, it's probably just the thing that happens in almost every class: everyone's bored and they just look around at everyone. Especially, if you wear interesting pieces of clothing, not just like sweats everyday. He might just be looking at patterns or something. But i could be wrong, maybe he does look at you because he likes you.

He's shy... He is "admiring" you from a distance, but when you look and he sees you, he turns away because he doesn't want you to know he is looking at you.. hence the shyness. You should go talk to him... wouldn't be awkward for you, would make him nervous though.

he's shy but dont just go up to him and talk about staring just be like hi and start a convo about school and if hes in ur class ask him the hw or askl him how he like school so u can start from somewhere

sounds like he has a crush on you and he's really shy. He's intimidated by you also. If you go and talk to him, make it short and sweet at first because his nerves are probably going to take over

he's probably just shy... or maybe he heard you talking to another guy and he got pissed off and maybe then he got over it and likes you again... but he likes you alot.
