Last time I checked it about 5 years ago it was 146. I was in gifted classes throughout school and was giving IQ tests yearly, the highest I ever made on one was 171.
But it was always kind of boring to take them so if I would have put some effort into it I probably could have made higher.
I've always found atheist to be the least intelligent of humans, It's because they don't seem to care or put any effort into anything. They talk the talk by can't seem to walk the walk.
The average human IQ is between 75 and 130, I believe average would be around 100 for all humans.
I'm more of a gnostic by the way.

ummm i honestly have no clue....
God made christians and athiests...
Christians chose to come to him
and athiests chose to turn from him
truth is...
i am a christian and i chose to go to him
and that's the smartest choice anyone can make and for the lil person that has an ex of jesus's picture
here's an idea
go buy yourself a bible
turn to the new testimant
and read revelations
the coming of christ!!
its whats gonna happen at the end of the world
when satan is let out of hell
and he goes looking for people to follow him to battle christ when he comes
and then christ comes
gets his army
which would be those than chose him
and they fight and no matter what the battle has in it
CHRIST ALWAYS WINS!!!
and then satan and all of his followers are thrown into a lake of burning unquenchable sulfur...
in other words
a lake of fire
and other words for that: HELL!
now...
i might be only 13
and all
but i know Christ
and i also know
that choosing him must mean you got some kind of brains
and so there for..
christians have more iq than atheists... in my opinion...
GOD BLESS

I don't know if any actual studies have been done regarding IQ and atheists vs. IQ and Christians. But I have heard the average IQ of Americans is somewhere around 98. I don't know how true it is.

I appreciate your proper to go back to a call on, so do not imagine i'm attempting to sway you to my personal view. although, I only needed to inform you that your "data" are not very convincing. a million) Your source is biased. (attempt a authorities website, it will be extra credible). 2) A correlation between atheism and societies which have fewer issues does not logically factor out that atheism replaced into the reason of the reliable documents. human beings oftentimes turn to God at those cases they are maximum in want. It is smart that they might turn faraway from Him even as they experience no want for divine intervention.

Not sure of the exact statistics of it, however before everyone furthers the little name calling around here, please realize that the "IQ{" test really shows a very minute form of a persons intelligence, and it is so full of flaws that one could easily find several holes.

This is the chart I have seen in the past. It is not about Christians in particular, but all religious belief in general. It shows that the more intelligent a person is, the less likely that person is to be religious.
That said, people are individuals and a truly wise person will not underestimate another individual based on the group to which they belong.
Found a few more charts/studies...

The first answer is the correct answer...as 100 is the mean.
Why doesn't it surprise me that atheists believe they have higher IQ's? Evidently common sense is not one of the criteria taken into account.

I'm sure it is here say. I would not believe any of the rubbish, it would be best to research it for yourself. Some people on here can be a bit arbitrary.
