People like that have a fear of God not a love of God. She doesn't feel like she is good enough for him in her heart, she needs to learn to forgive herself.
Then she would change her ways and be a better person.

Yes I hate fakes but no more than those that accuse me of being angry when I'm not angry!
There's really nothing on yahoo so far worth getting angry about! As for faith you don't have to go to church to be in contact with God. Just because one isn't going to Church doesn't make them a hypocrite. She could be watching Robert Schuller or Shepherd's Chapel. I know if I went to Church I'd miss Rober Schuller and that's why I don't go to church! Maybe she squeals on you cause you do that about her!
Either way don't worry your head over it.. it's just not worth stressing yourself out!

Many people who act like they are better than others because they "practice" their religion are hypocrites. Just look at the overwhelming amount of priests who molest little boys... you could also find out facts about killers who used to be alter boys and involved in their church.

You don't have to go to a church to pray. If this lady is a nasty person, that is one thing, but she does not have to PROVE that she is a christian by going to church any day of the week. Clean you own house, toots, you are gossiping about her gossiping.

Hon, you need to have this conversation with HER. Write her a note telling her what is bugging you about her, or sit down with her over coffee/tea/whatever, something.
Nobody likes a fake. Could be the one person she is fooling is herself, and she doesn't even realize it!

While I completely empathize with your disgust, her actions are none of your responsibility.
Leave the state of her soul to her.
Behave towards her, as you behave towards anyone, by your own understanding of ethical behavior.
I take it that you are using Y/A as your opportunity to blow off steam..
I am going to take it, though, as an opportunity to examine myself - to look at my own seeing, to listen to my own hearing, and to shine a light into myself. I so very much dislike hypocricy that I want to root it out wherever I find it in myself.
So, I think you for this reminder.
Bright Blessings to you!

Yeah, I know plenty of people who are like that. They like to SAY they are one thing but their lives speak differently. By its fruit a tree will be judged. Be Careful of ones like her. They can be very dangerous to your life. Especially if you are a real Christian. That is why the bible warns us so many times of this.
Mark 13:5-7
Many will come in my name, claiming, 'I am he,' and will deceive many.
Luke 21:7-9
He replied: "Watch out that you are not deceived. For many will come in my name, claiming, 'I am he,' and, 'The time is near.' Do not follow them.

Why are you so critical of her? We all have mistakes. We all believe in being better than we are actually able to succeed at being.

Some people are like that. They do not seriously know Jesus, they just know of him.
