I met this guy 2 weeks ago and have been on a date and he been to my house and had tea and watched a dvd he wants to see me tuesday next week. I go to dublin for 4 days early friday morning next week do you think i shoulld buy him a little present or not and if so wot do i get him

You've seen him twice and want to buy him a present? I think he might be wondering if you're a bunny boiler!! No seriously, I wouldn't. You don't want to seem too keen and therefore desperate. You need him to know you like him but not enough to make him run in the other direction. Enjoy your trip and when you get back, spend some quality time with this guy and see how it goes. Presents are reserved for long term relationships in my humble opinion and tho he might potentially be one, he isn't yet. x x

Why not? Two weeks could become 20 years!!! Get him something silly though on the ferry (or airport) like a stressball pint of Guiness or a key ring. Buy him a claddah ring and you'll never see him again....

I would not get him anything too much like aftershave as its way too soon, but a small token such as a keyring, or something funny or tacky like a Dublin souvenir. Enough to show you were thinking of him but not be too overbearing. Well thats what i think anyway.

buy him a small box of chocolates. Actually, I think Hallmark or places like that have miniature chocolates that you can get. Then, have a little note on it a write something nice on it. it is not much, but, it is something nice and sweet.

Yes. Buy him a box of chocolate and use wrapping paper and make it a heart shape. It is really very cute and sweet.

No way, it's too early. You should wait 3 months before buying him anything. And don't pay for anything either, it's up to him to do that, anyway men like paying, it makes them feel like men. It's that hunter-gatherer instinct in them.

No, he should be the one buying the present, play a little more hard to get--men like to do the chasing--but do give ....eventually!!!
