A credit card and a car to get to the store. Playing with capacitors like that could kill ya. Better to just stick your finger into an old TV tube.

Dude, you would have to use some high powered capacitors and be ready for the fact you may kill someone than stun them as the discharge will be instant and could do damage, go to hollywood blve on hollywood and pick one up for $15USD if you want or ebay it. But unless you are verry accurate with the discharge jail could be your next stop. Sorry dude one last thing the anacharsts cook book won't help you with this one.

My kids enjoyed filling one empty/clear 2 liter about 3/4 full of water, adding a few drops of food coloring then with duct tape secure another clear/ empty 2 liter bottle on top of it ...making sure it won't leak then turning it upside down-giving it a little circular skake and then watching it empty from one to the other like a twister...same as when you drain the bathtub.Used to be a program called Mr.Wizard and it showed all kinds of cool things kids can make from common household items

First you take a nylon stocking, fill it with 9 volt batteries, and then bop someone on the head to stun them.
