If you're concerned that sexual abuse may be occurring, it's your duty as an adult to inform DSS. You can easily make an anonymous complaint, and the dad will never know it came from you. If nothing bad is going on, then everything will be fine. There could be medical reasons for blood on panties, or the 11 year old could have started her period. Either way, it's far better to be safe than sorry when children are involved. You'd want the same done for your children.

Don't panic just yet. I would call the parents and let her know what she found. Just last week my best friend's daughter had blood in her underwear. It turned out she had a UTI (Urinary Tract Infection) all because she wasn't wiping very good. I hope it is a simple as this and can be cleared up with antibiotics.

Don't worry about it you will find out when you get older. Or tell her the truth because if she is curious then she is probable old enough to know about periods, you know some girls do get their periods at a young age it has been recorded to happen to girls of 8 years old. Good luck!

Tell her the truth. She'll learn soon anyway and good knowledge is better than learning from friends. Explain to here why her friend didnt tell her probably because shes embarrased its not something to be embarrased about but its private etc. Please dont cheat your child out of the opprotunity to open up the lines of communication with her

Call Department of Social Services ASAP. This is not insinuating that it is being done by parents or at all even. This child may need medical care, she may be getting molested by somebody outside of the family.
Then again, she may have tore her hyman. She is a raudy little kid.

You need to put you're question in a better format, I don't really understand it.
