unless it was order from the factory it did not come with one most common is class 3 receiver they are good for 5000lbs on a Dakota of pulling weight

standard is the bumper hitch and you can get the tow package for an upgrade with a class 3 or 4 hitch, which also includes a radiator and transmission cooler

If it's the factory frame mounted hitch, it should be good for 5000 lb
