Yes, I slouch. I always have, since childhood. I don't like it, and wish I could hold myself better. However, as years have gone by, I've seen older women slouch, and my slouch hasn't gotten worse, in fact it's better.
I also have noticed that my friends with the best upright posture usually get back ache as they age. I have no back ache at all, and I am very strong and my back is very healthy. . .except for the ugly slouch.
So I wonder. . .Have you ever seen an ape walking without a slouch? Have you ever heard of an ape having a weak back or back pain?
Maybe human were never really met to have "perfect" posture

Yeah, I'm a sloucher ever since my teenager years. I try lifting weights to strengthen my back. It helped somewhat, but I still slouch. Oh well, at least I find a lot of change on the sidewalks.

I slouch all day long and I hate it. It is uncomfortable for me to sit up straight. If I am leaning against something than its not so bad. Avoid chairs or seats without a back!

Yes, yes and I've been trying to do better about it. I'm afraid that I'm going to wake up one day and I will be permanently slouched. That would suck!

I slouch, and I wish I didn't, but I have no idea how to stop. I want to know just as much as you.
