I am 30 years old, 1.75cm tall and weigh 50 kg. I was told to be under weight and need to eat much to correct my weight. I am skinny by now and really want to be very FAT. What could I eat to correct my weight, or to be FAT?

First of all you don't want to pig out on junk food because that can kill you. You don't want to become a diabetic or get high blood pressure or clog your arteries. You should eat food high in carbohydrates like rice and potatoes, you can also drink protein shakes or ensure with your meals. These protein shakes have calories and nutrition, and eating this along with a good pasta dish will be sure to pack on the pounds more healthfully than eating chips and icecream.

I am not sure you should want to be fat, but maybe healthy. I would suggest contacting your dr. to ask for a diet that will help you correct the problem. If there is a medical person telling you that you are underweight, have them refer you to a nuitritionist who can get you to a healthy weight without getting sick.

Talk to your doctor...junk food is NOT what you want to eat to put on weight. That'll just make you unhealthy...

There are healthy ways to gain weight, for underweight people...do some research online if you don't have a doctor to speak to about this.

Do it the right way...and don't cross the line to fat, that's unhealthy and generally unappealing.

If you're seriously underweight & you need to bulk up, you should ask your doctor to recommend a diet for this.
BTW, you really don't want to be fat - That isn't healthy either - just a normal weight for your body type.
